You will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our diagnostics platform that supports our service organization, ensuring Johnson Controls remains at the forefront of cost-effective and technically advanced service delivery business. Your primary responsibility will be to drive customer satisfaction by developing and managing internal customer relationships, with a deep understanding of the JCI HVAC Services model and customer support needs. As a part of the HVAC Domain Service provider team, you will deliver advanced, innovative, cost-effective, and mission-supportive chiller services. Working alongside a team of Solution Engineers and analysts with diverse skill sets, including expertise in chillers diagnostics, HVAC general diagnostics, vibration analysis, oil and refrigerant analytics, and motor current analysis, you will contribute to the development of artificial intelligence and advanced machine learning solutions. Operating with minimal supervision, you will conduct preventive maintenance and general servicing of chillers, including detailed troubleshooting. Your role will also involve ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through direct on-site customer interactions, proper completion of service documentation, and effective verbal communication. You will be responsible for various tasks including conducting CEP reviews, analyzing data, generating reports and recommendations, providing feedback on the serviceability of chillers, deploying HVAC Domain-specific playbooks for remote services, and managing compliance activities for the ROC. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, diagnose complex chiller issues, consult with customers on retrofits and upgrades, and provide technical recommendations for sales leads. To excel in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in chiller diagnostics, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting, along with a good overall knowledge of HVAC equipment, building automation systems, and energy management systems. Strong problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities, industry certifications, leadership qualities, and the willingness to travel occasionally are essential requirements. Additionally, proficiency in computer and mobile applications is preferred for future development opportunities. Your dedication to continuous learning, commitment to customer satisfaction, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities will be key to your success in this role.
