Hooqx Digital Services Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing digital solutions company delivering cutting-edge technology, web, and digital marketing services. We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology strategy and development team.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement the company’s technology strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead the development, deployment, and scaling of web and digital solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor development teams.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to ensure innovation and competitiveness.
• Oversee system architecture, product development, and project management.
• Collaborate with management to align technology with overall company vision.
• Ensure data security, compliance, and performance optimization.
• Build and manage a strong technology team.

Required Skills & Expertise

• Proven experience as a CTO, Senior Web Developer, or Technology Head for at least 3+ years.
• Strong knowledge of web development technologies: PHP, Laravel/CodeIgniter, JavaScript (ReactJS/Angular/Vue.js), HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, Bootstrap.
• Expertise in database management: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Digital Ocean, etc.).
• Knowledge of REST APIs, integrations, and scalable system architecture.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, version control (Git), and Agile methodologies.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage technology budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a CTO or similar technology leadership role.
• Candidates from Howrah and Hooghly locations only will be considered.

Salary

• Salary will depend on experience and last drawn CTC.
