Chief Software Architect

Role Overview: As the Chief Software Architect, your role will be pivotal in leading the software development efforts of the company. From conceptualization to delivery and support, you will define and implement the technical roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and fostering the development of high-performing teams. Your focus will be on building innovative digital platforms that integrate digital twins, GIS, AI, and big data management, in close collaboration with the company founders and senior management team. Key Responsibilities: - Architect and design: Take charge of designing and implementing scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions that meet business requirements and adhere to industry best practices. - Technology vision: Define and promote the long-term technology roadmap, assess new technologies and trends, and drive innovation within the organization. - Team leadership: Develop, mentor, and lead software development teams to encourage collaboration, innovation, and high performance. - Hands-on coding: Maintain your coding skills and actively engage in critical development tasks, ensuring the production of clean, efficient, and sustainable code. Additionally, guide and mentor team members in coding best practices. - Requirement analysis: Translate functional product requirements into well-defined software modules and technical specifications. - Delivery focus: Prioritize development tasks, manage deadlines, and ensure timely and within-budget software delivery. - Cloud expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding and practical experience with cloud environments, including cloud-native development and deployment. - Communication: Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Problem-solving: Approach complex technical challenges with creative solutions and a results-driven mindset. Qualifications: - 15+ years of software development experience, with a minimum of 5 years in architectural leadership positions. - Proven track record of successfully building and delivering software products from inception to launch and beyond. - Strong grasp of software development methodologies such as Agile and DevOps. - Profound knowledge of modern software architecture principles and design patterns. - Hands-on experience with JavaScript Full Stack Technologies, Java, .NET environments, SQL/NoSQL databases, API-based and Event-Based Architectures, Messaging Tools, System Architecture, Linux/Unix systems configuration, setups, and deployments. - Expertise in utilizing cloud resources, including Cloud DevOps, Cloud Functions, Cloud SQL, and document databases. - Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills. - Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of projects. - Passion for technology and a commitment to continuous learning and development.,
