Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Overall responsibility for the implementation and monitoring of the Security Management System (SecMS).
Ensure full compliance with national and international aviation security regulations and standards (BCAS, DGCA, ICAO, IATA, Customs Authorities).
Oversee all security operations and services across the station.
Act as the main liaison with regulatory bodies and authorities (BCAS, Customs, CISF, local police, airport authorities).
Support and coordinate security audits, inspections, mock drills and emergency exercises.
Develop, maintain and secure approval of security programs and procedures.
Promote security awareness and manage Airport Entry Permit (AEP) processes.
Support operations and passengers during disrupted or delayed flight services.
Safeguard company assets through effective site security measures.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum Graduation degree.
Valid
Basic AVSEC, Screeners & Auditors Course Certification
.
10+ years of experience
in aviation security.

Strong knowledge of aviation security regulations and compliance requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate serving as Chief Security Officer (CSO) for Ground Handling Services.
