Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Chief Resident Engineer to join our team at Rcad Solutions, with a strong background in Engineering & Construction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects and leading teams to success.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects.
Lead and manage a team of engineers and technicians to achieve project goals.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project deliverables.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve processes.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or equivalent.
Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering and construction, preferably in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of engineering principles, construction methods, and industry standards.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with project management software and tools.
