Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of physiotherapists and support staff.
Develop, implement, and monitor physiotherapy treatment protocols and standards of care.
Conduct patient assessments, plan rehabilitation programs, and ensure evidence-based clinical practices.
Coordinate with doctors, surgeons, and other HODs to provide integrated patient care.
Manage departmental operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow efficiency.
Drive training, professional development, and performance evaluation of the physiotherapy team.
Maintain accurate patient records, documentation, and compliance with medical and legal standards.
Implement quality improvement initiatives within the physiotherapy department.
Contribute to hospital/community health programs, wellness initiatives, and preventive care.
Stay updated with advancements in physiotherapy and introduce innovative treatment methods.
