Chief Nursing Officer (CNO)

• Minimum 5 Year experience needed

Key Responsibilities:

1. Nursing Leadership: Provide strategic leadership and direction for nursing staff across the organization.

2. Patient Care: Ensure high-quality patient care and outcomes through evidence-based nursing practices.

3. Nursing Operations: Oversee nursing operations, including staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation.

5. Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare leaders to drive organizational goals and initiatives.

Requirements:

1. Education: Master's degree in Nursing or related field (MSN or higher).

2. Experience: Extensive experience in nursing leadership, preferably in a CNO or similar role.

3. Skills:

- Expertise in nursing practice, policy, and research.
