As a seasoned Architect/Technical Lead in Java software development, you will be responsible for leading the architecture and design of enterprise-level applications for large-scale and complex projects. Your role will involve defining technical roadmaps, architectural standards, and best practices to guide development teams effectively. Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translating them into scalable solutions will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Ensuring high-quality software architecture through code reviews, guidance to development teams, and driving technology choices for microservices, cloud deployments, and third-party service integrations will be vital to the success of the projects. You will oversee the full project lifecycle, including performance tuning, scalability considerations, and implementing security protocols to ensure the robustness of the solutions. Mentoring and guiding engineering teams to promote knowledge sharing and best practices within the organization will be essential in your role. Staying updated on the latest trends in Java, cloud computing, and software architecture and applying them to solve complex problems will also be a part of your responsibilities. **Required Skills & Qualifications:** - 12+ years of experience in Java software development, with a minimum of 5 years in an architectural or technical leadership role. - Proven track record in designing and implementing large-scale, distributed systems and solutions. - Strong understanding of Java frameworks like Spring Boot, Hibernate, and experience with microservices architecture. - Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). - Experience with enterprise-level databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL. - Knowledge of scalability, performance optimization, and handling large datasets. - Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and tools like Jenkins, Git, and Docker. - Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,
