home is seeking a skilled Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial operations of the organization and ensuring that financial objectives align with broader business goals. This role goes beyond traditional financial management, focusing on driving performance, growth, and innovation across corporate and franchise operations. As a key member of the leadership team, the CFO will collaborate with the CEO and executives to develop and implement strategies that optimize operations, streamline processes, and support sustainable long-term growth.

About the role

The CFO will oversee the financial strategy, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives and the financial success of corporate and franchise operations. You will focus on financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management, while ensuring strong financial controls and compliance across operations. Additionally, you will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to set and adjust financial goals.

You will lead the integration of new technologies and financial systems to improve financial analysis, reporting, and decision-making, driving operational efficiency. The CFO will ensure the organization remains competitive, compliant, and adaptable, safeguarding financial assets and overseeing franchise agreements. You will also provide guidance and resources to franchisees to support their financial success and alignment with organizational goals.

As our new CFO, your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading and developing the financial strategy, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and franchise growth.
• Overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management, while ensuring strong financial controls across operations and franchises.
• Using data-driven insights to drive performance management and optimize financial outcomes for both corporate departments and franchisees.
• Developing financial models for decision-making, including evaluating franchise growth opportunities and financial viability.
• Collaborating with the CEO and leadership team to set and track financial goals, including franchise-specific targets.
• Leading due diligence for strategic investments, acquisitions, and franchise buyouts, ensuring alignment with financial objectives.
• Providing clear, transparent financial reporting to the board, stakeholders, and franchisees.’
• Driving financial innovation by integrating new technologies to streamline operations and enhance performance, particularly for franchisees.
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations, industry standards, and franchise agreements, while mitigating risks with legal teams.
• Overseeing financial systems, internal controls, and audits to safeguard assets and ensure regulatory adherence.

We are looking for candidates with:

• Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance executive, driving financial performance and growth.
• Strong understanding of financial strategy, performance management, and business operations, with the ability to align strategies with organizational goals.
• Expertise in corporate finance, financial reporting, budgeting, cost control, and modern financial technologies.
• Ability to leverage financial data to influence decision-making and strategy.
• Experience in leading and mentoring finance teams to align with organizational objectives.
• In-depth knowledge of financial compliance and regulatory requirements, including franchising.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels.
• Relevant academic background in finance, accounting, or economics.
