Additionally, you will collaborate with global business and technology teams to identify data lineage business value streams. To be successful as a Data Governance Lead, you should have experience in data governance, data controls, data lineage, and associated methodologies. Experience creating Data Products and regulatory reporting experience are essential. Working in a regulated environment is also a key requirement. Additional relevant skills include an understanding of different technologies related to data control execution, the ability to proactively drive change, and exceptional stakeholder management skills to maintain collaborative relationships with key senior stakeholders. The purpose of this role is to drive the bank's data strategy and maximize the value of its data assets by overseeing all aspects of data and records management. **Accountabilities:** 1. Development and implementation of Barclays Data & Records Management strategy aligned with the bank's business objectives and regulatory requirements. 2. Defining and enforcing data governance policies and procedures to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance. 3. Development and implementation of data management systems and technologies. 4. Driving a consistent approach for managing and using data across the business. 5. Partnering with stakeholders to drive improvements in the understanding, use, and quality of data. **Vice President Expectations:** 1.
