Collaborating with the sales team to identify and qualify potential leads and opportunities for digital integration solutions Conduct initial discovery calls and meetings with potential customers to understand their business requirements, pain points, and digital integration needs Working closely with internal stakeholders, including the practice head, delivery team, and solution architects, to design and develop custom digital integration solutions that meet customer needs Overseeing the implementation of digital solutions, ensuring they are integrated smoothly and effectively with existing systems and processes Ensuring that digital solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with relevant regulations and standards Develop detailed proposals, presentations, and proof of concept demonstrations that clearly articulate the benefits and value of the proposed digital integration solutions Conducting product and solution demonstrations for potential customers to showcase the features and functionality of digital integration solutions Responding to RFPs (request for proposals) and RFIs (request for information) from potential customers with detailed proposals and solutions Supporting the sales team in negotiations and closing deals by providing technical and solution expertise Collaborating with the delivery team to ensure successful handoff of the project from the presales phase to the delivery phase Keeping up-to-date with the latest digital integration technologies, trends, and best practices to ensure that proposals and solutions are cutting-edge and innovative Developing and maintaining relationships with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders involved in digital integration projects Analyzing data and metrics to measure digital solutions effectiveness and identify improvement areas Staying up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and trends and evaluating their potential impact on the organizations operations and processes To be successful in the role, you will have: Knowledge Skills The Chief Architect should have in-depth knowledge of digital technologies, including API integration, cloud integration, IoT integration, and data integration He/She should also know different programming languages, software development methodologies, and data management and analytics He should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders The Chief Architect should have extensive experience in digital integration, with a proven track record of successful digital transformation initiatives He/She should have experience in managing large-scale digital integration projects, working with cross-functional teams, and providing strategic direction and guidance Mandatory Experience Overall experience of 15 plus of experience in designing, implementing, and operating complex Digital Integration customer solutions and aligning support models as per the new product and technology Mandatory Qualification Bachelor/Masters Of Engineering in Computers Science/ Electronics Telecom

Key Responsibilities: The Key Responsibilities of the Chief Architect AI include: Provide strategic leadership and direction in the development, articulation and implementation, of a comprehensive AI/ML/ Data Transformation Roadmap for HTS aligned with the overall business objectives. Provide technical oversight all HTS AI projects to drive performance output to meet KPI metrics in VE/CE, Product Development Say/Do, Productivity, Quality and speed of Commercialization Review, select, prioritize, and hone Honeywell projects in AI and in collaboration with the SBG HTS teams to drive development forward, demonstrating ROI for the businesses/ customers. Serve as HTS Key contact and interface with external partners and industry leaders for collaborations in AI/LLM/ Generative AI Stay abreast with the latest advancements in AI/ML; bring the external best practices for adoption in HTS/ Honeywell Enable productivity gains for HTS across functions with the usage of AI technology tools Work with the engineering teams across HTS for key programs for cost optimization and cycle time reduction using AI tools and technology, provide a plan and execute for scale up across the broader HTS organization Work with other AI champions in engineering and SBG on evaluating AI tools/ technologies/ frameworks, champion adoption in different projects and demonstrate value for business and customers Drive cross-SBG and virtual community on AI adoption, AI capability building for HTS. YOU MUST HAVE Proven experience and technology leadership in implementing AI/ML technologies in implementing successful product and project execution WE VALUE Doctorate Degree (PhD) in Engineering - Electrical, Computer Science, Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering 10 years of experience in innovation and leadership of technology development, ideally in advanced technology with a combined PhD in engineering, computer science, or related field. Experience developing technology or products utilizing machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) Ability to establish a strategy and execution plan within an ambiguous environment and quickly pivot when necessary Hands-on technical experience in AI/ML/Complex Problem Solving Engineering organization management experience with a global footprint Strong Technology Development Practices, Processes and Tools Experience leading technology strategy transformation Proven experience and success in pivoting the organization - Innovation, Agility, and Speed Ability to lead by example, collaboration, big picture perspective, and personal accountability Operates with energy and enthusiasm, displays personal courage and commitment, empowers others
