Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager Location: Pune Company Overview Sanjay Nursery is a High tech enterprise in Agriculture based out of Pune. Position Summary We are seeking a strategic and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our hiring efforts and build a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader who can both develop a long-term talent strategy and manage the full-cycle recruitment process. This role is critical to our company's growth, and the successful candidate will play a key part in shaping our workforce and reinforcing our company culture. Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with our company's business goals and growth projections. Forecast future hiring needs and proactively build a talent pipeline for key roles. Analyze recruitment data and metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source of hire) to identify areas for improvement and optimize the hiring process. Recruitment & Sourcing: Lead the entire recruitment lifecycle, from creating compelling job descriptions and sourcing candidates to managing the offer and negotiation process. Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, including professional networks, social media, job boards, and employee referrals, to attract a diverse pool of top talent. Manage the company's Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment software to ensure efficiency and a seamless candidate experience. Employer Branding & Culture: Champion and enhance our employer brand to position our company as an employer of choice. Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content and campaigns that showcase our culture, values, and employee stories. Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process. Team Collaboration & Leadership: Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, coaching them on best practices for interviewing, candidate evaluation, and making objective hiring decisions. Collaborate with leadership to understand departmental staffing needs and priorities. If applicable, manage and mentor a team of recruiters or talent acquisition specialists. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 5-7 years of proven experience in a talent acquisition or recruiting role, with at least [2-3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity. In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing techniques, and employer branding. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies. Strong understanding of labor laws and compliance related to hiring practices. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. A data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage metrics to make informed decisions. Demonstrated ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to overcome recruitment challenges. Role & responsibilities
