Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality results. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Basic understanding of Kubernetes and networking. Configuration implementation experience. Familiarity with Diameter, SIP, RTP, TLS and UDP protocols Preferred: Should have hands on experience in Oracle - PCF and CHF products. Work Description: Responsible for the day-to-day operation and support of Oracle - PCF & CHF nodes. Monitor and troubleshoot PCF and CHF incidents to identify the root cause and ensure swift and effective resolution. Manage and resolve complex customer issues escalated from the Monitoring support team. Perform regular technical analysis to ensure the optimization, readiness, and quality of PCF and CHF nodes. Collaborate with internal teams, and vendors to resolve escalated technical issues and implement corrective actions. Conduct testing and verification of any new configurations to ensure they meet service requirements. Generate reports, analyse service and operational KPIs, and contribute to the improvement of processes and procedures. Exhibit strong logging and troubleshooting skills, promptly identifying, and resolving network issues using automation tools and scripting techniques. Implementation of changes. Handle communications with different domain or engineering and operation team. Take ownership of network-related problems, ensuring timely resolution. Working from office. Responsible for production servers SLA Handle Customer tickets/Change requests/Release requests Monitor KPI's and service health Demonstrate an understanding of cloud basics, including cloud networking and the ability to automate network-related tasks in a cloud environment.
