About our Founder Director Chetana was founded in 2013, by Dr, Gayathri Deepak who has a doctoral research in the field of Curriculum and Cognitive Development and qualifications from University of Cambridge in Teacher Training and in Executive Coaching. For over 3 decades she has worked in various roles including researcher, lecturer, teacher, teacher trainer, School Principal and Advisor. She has delivered several workshops and training programmes for hundreds of teachers and school leaders. She has also worked closely with school managements, helping to re-align schools to their Vision, Mission and Beliefs, engaging in executive coaching for their leadership, re-shaping their organisational structure, bringing in systems and process-based approaches in academic institutions to create seamless workflow and increased accountability of all stakeholders. TDS Compliance: Deduct and deposit TDS as per applicable rates File TDS returns (Form 26Q, 24Q, etc.) Generate and issue Form 16/16A to vendors/employees Maintain TDS register and ensure timely compliance Candidate Requirements: Education : B.Com / M.Com Experience : 2-5 years in similar accounting role Skills : Strong knowledge of accounting principles Hands-on experience with Tally ERP or any accounting software Good understanding of GST & TDS compliance Proficiency in MS Excel Preferred Candidates : Residing along Mumbai Western Line (e.g., Churchgate to Borivali)
