Chess Coach & Trainer

As a Chess Coach / Trainer at MindMentorz's second Chess Coaching centre located at 91 Sporting Company, you will be responsible for supervising gameplay and conducting training sessions for kids attending chess classes. We are an enthusiastic team dedicated to nurturing your kids" development through scholastic chess and multiple cube solving. We will provide the necessary training to equip you for conducting classes, requiring minimal prior knowledge of the subject. Your key responsibilities will include: - Encouraging students to learn and improve their chess playing skills - Supervising, playing, and training kids during chess sessions on weekdays (excluding Mondays) - Promoting activities that support the academy's mission Qualifications required for this role include: - Knowledge of chess rules and gameplay - Previous experience as a coach or participant on a chess team is preferred - High school diploma or above - Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with students, parents, staff, and community members - Effective communication skills both orally and in writing In addition to the fulfilling role, you will receive benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, commuter assistance, paid sick time, and the option to work from home.
