Job Description

We are looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Chess Coach to introduce the fundamentals of chess to young learners. The coach will conduct regular evening sessions, focusing on teaching chess from the ground up—rules, basic strategies, and critical thinking skills. The ideal candidate will hold a certification in chess instruction from a recognized academy and have a passion for working with children. Key Responsibilities: Teach the basics of playing chess including rules, piece movements, and foundational strategies Conduct engaging and structured training sessions during evening hours (2–3 hours per week) Create lesson plans suitable for beginner-level students Encourage logical thinking, problem-solving, and sportsmanship Track and evaluate student progress Location : Velachery, Chennai - 600042 Job Type: Part-time Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month Schedule: Evening shift Fixed shift Work Location: In person
