Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Bharatanatyam Teacher to introduce children to the classical dance form through structured, beginner-friendly lessons. The ideal candidate will be certified in Bharatanatyam and passionate about training young learners to build strong foundations, improve physical fitness, and participate confidently in cultural events and competitions. Key Responsibilities: Teach the fundamentals of Bharatanatyam, including basic adavus, mudras, and expressions Train students to develop rhythm, posture, stamina, and body coordination Prepare children for stage performances and competitions at school or local events Conduct well-structured and engaging classes during evening hours (2–3 hours per week) Foster discipline, grace, and appreciation for classical dance among students Provide individual attention and guidance to support each child’s progress Create a positive, motivating, and safe learning environment for children Requirements: Certification in Bharatanatyam from a recognized institute or guru Proven experience teaching classical dance to children (ages 6 and above) Passionate about working with kids and nurturing their artistic growth Job Type: Part-time Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month Schedule: Evening shift Fixed shift Work Location: In person
