Job Title: Process Associate Operations Location: [Ernakulam-Kakkanad] Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 01 years (Freshers can apply) Role & responsibilities Perform day-to-day data entry and verification tasks with accuracy. Ensure timely processing and clearance of operational data. Handle emails, respond professionally, and escalate queries as required. Maintain proper records and manage documentation and filing systems. Support various back-end operations, ensuring compliance with company standards. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly. Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports as assigned.
