What youll do: Drive end-to-end hiring across tech and non-tech roles. Partner with hiring managers to deliver strong candidate pipelines. Support HR operations and assist in people-related initiatives. Pitch in on other HR projects as needed were a fast-moving team. What we’re looking for: 1–3 years of experience in talent acquisition / recruitment. Comfort with handling both tech and non-tech mandates. Hands-on, adaptable, and excited to work in a startup environment. Strong communication and coordination skills.
