We collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance financial growth and business success. Role Description This is a full-time on-site Accountant role located in Kakori. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations. Daily tasks include reconciling accounts, maintaining accurate financial records, and working closely with other departments to provide financial insights and support for decision-making. Qualifications Excellent knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and auditing Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in financial reporting Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) Ability to work independently and as part of a team High level of integrity and confidentiality Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Experience in the investment banking or financial services industry is a plus Relevant certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is an advantage
