Key Responsibilities: - Develop comprehensive lesson plans aligned with the NEET/JEE syllabus for foundation-level Chemistry topics. - Conduct engaging and interactive classes tailored to diverse learning needs. - Teach key topics including General Chemistry, Physical Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, and Inorganic Chemistry. - Regularly assess student performance through tests, assignments, quizzes, and mock exams. - Provide timely feedback to help students improve their understanding and exam readiness. - Customize lessons or resources for students needing additional support. - Use teaching aids like visual presentations and online resources to enhance learning. - Promote active participation and discussion to clarify doubts and encourage critical thinking. - Guide students in understanding exam structures, patterns, and question-solving strategies for NEET/JEE. - Teach time management and stress management techniques for optimal exam performance. - Provide individual or group support to address specific learning difficulties. - Motivate and inspire students to maintain focus, discipline, and a positive attitude. - Collaborate with other faculty members to ensure efficient curriculum delivery. - Contribute to the development of teaching strategies and resources. Qualifications and Skills: - Educational Qualification: Masters degree in Chemistry (MSc in Chemistry or equivalent).
