Job Title: Senior Chemistry Faculty

Location: Coimbatore, Tamilnadu

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Chemistry Faculty member to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the subject matter and a proven track record of effectively teaching students preparing for the IIT-JEE examination. The role requires a commitment to academic excellence, innovative teaching methods, and a passion for helping students succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Instruction: Deliver high-quality, engaging lectures and laboratory sessions in Chemistry, focusing on the IIT-JEE syllabus.
• Curriculum Development: Develop and refine course materials, including study guides, practice problems, and mock exams, aligned with the latest IIT-JEE syllabus and exam trends.
• Student Mentorship: Provide personalised guidance and mentorship to students, identifying their strengths and areas for improvement, and helping them to maximise their potential.
• Assessment: Design and administer regular assessments to monitor student progress, providing detailed feedback and strategies for improvement.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest developments in Chemistry and competitive exam preparation strategies, integrating new techniques and technologies into the curriculum.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry or a closely related field. (IIT/NIT passed outs are Preferred )
• Candidates with advanced degrees or certifications will be given preference.
• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of teaching experience, with a significant portion focused on IIT-JEE preparation. Experience in coaching students for other competitive exams is a plus.

Skills:

• Strong command of Chemistry concepts and their application in competitive exams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and relatable manner.
• Proficiency in using modern teaching aids and online platforms for effective delivery of content.
• Should have ability to take over whole chemistry teaching process of academy.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior teaching experience at a reputable coaching institute or educational institution.
• Familiarity with the latest IIT-JEE exam patterns, question formats, and preparation strategies.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their academic goals.
