The job role of Senior Sales Officer/Sales Officer/Sales Associate in multiple locations in North India involves owning the offline sales strategy, meeting sales targets, serving customers and selling partners, servicing existing accounts, and establishing new ones. You will be responsible for planning and organizing potential sales outlets, assisting higher management in developing sales goals, and overseeing the activities of other sales employees in the market. Collaboration with marketing teams to expand brand presence and engagement in other offline sales & marketing related activities is also required. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of work experience in field sales, primary & secondary sales, distributor building & handling, particularly in GT/Alternate channels. Previous experience with Chemist stores and preferable experience categories like Mother/baby care, personal care, diapers, wipes, baby gear & accessories is a plus. Any educational qualifications are accepted for this position, but desired personal attributes include being a passionate, driven individual who can work well with a team and cross-functionally. This is a full-time job with benefits such as health insurance and provident fund, operating on a day shift schedule with the opportunity for performance bonuses.
