Desired Qualification: M.Sc. in Analytical Chemistry / Chemistry / Organic Chemistry / Food Technology or B.Tech in Food Technology, Experience in the oils and fats industry, preferably. Candidates from the food industry may also be considered. Hands-on experience in analytical techniques and testing of oils and fats. Good understanding of refining, interesterification, and fractionation processes. Proficiency in instruments such as UV Spectrometer, HPLC, GC, GC/MS, AAS, etc. Competence in computer operations, including SAP. Strong communication and team coordination skills
