Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our chemical sourcing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth by offering tailored sourcing solutions for specialty and industrial chemicals. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management • Identify and target potential clients in various industries (e.g., pharmaceuticals, agrochemicals, manufacturing). • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and suppliers. • Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations. • Sales & Business Development • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the customer base. • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of service with clients. • Market Research & Product Knowledge • Understand client needs and provide appropriate chemical sourcing solutions. • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and global chemical supply dynamics. • Collaborate with sourcing and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery and quality of products. • Reporting & CRM • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software. • Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to management. ⸻ Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or related field. • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the chemical or manufacturing industry. • Strong understanding of chemical products, supply chain, and sourcing strategies. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. ⸻ Preferred Qualifications: • Existing network in the chemical industry. • Experience working with international suppliers and clients. • Familiarity with import/export regulations and documentation for chemical products. ⸻ Compensation & Benefits: • Competitive base salary + performance-based commission • Travel allowance and other perks • Opportunities for growth and professional development Show more Show less
