Job Title: Stores & Admin Manager Job Responsibilities : Overall stores / warehouse management and inventory management Maintain accurate records of stock receipts, issues, and balances in the inventory system. Handling deliveries and logistics Conduct regular stock verification and ensure timely reconciliation. Prepare and submit periodic inventory and stock reports to management. Responsible for complete asset management of the unit, including equipment, machinery, infrastructure, housekeeping & facility management Ensure proper maintenance, utilization, and record-keeping of assets. Conduct periodic stock audits and ensure compliance with company policies. Oversee all administrative functions to ensure smooth operations of the unit. Manage day-to-day administrative activities and ensure coordination among departments. Ensure adherence to all statutory regulations and compliances labour laws, safety norms, and environmental standards. Coordinate with relevant authorities for necessary licenses, approvals, and compliance reports. Manage workforce planning, including contractual labour and third-party service providers. Handle labour contractor agreements, attendance, payroll coordination Handle documentation, approvals, and ensure compliance with local laws and statutory requirements. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors/Masters degree in a related field. Proven experience in stores, administration, compliances, HR, and project management. Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Knowledge of statutory compliance, labour laws, and government regulations. Proficiency in MS Office.
