The Project Associate will be responsible for conducting and optimizing experiments using chemical methodologies for water and wastewater treatment processes. You will collaborate with R&D leads, execute precise experimental protocols, analyze data, and generate reports. The ideal candidate should be adaptable and enthusiastic about working on pilot and field-scale studies to support innovative solutions in water treatment. Your key responsibilities will include conducting and optimizing experiments based on well-defined research methodologies for process development in water and wastewater treatment. You will coordinate with vendors to identify and implement best practices and advanced methodologies. Furthermore, you will analyze and interpret experimental data, prepare detailed reports, and present findings. It is crucial to stay updated with emerging technologies and processes in the water and wastewater domain. In addition, you will support pilot and field-scale studies, including on-site project execution when required. You will ensure proper maintenance, monitoring, and operation of reactors and experimental systems. Evaluating consumable requirements, ensuring chemical safety, and proactively identifying improvements in experimental workflows will also be part of your responsibilities. Lastly, you will develop documentation for processes and effectively communicate with team members.,
