Job Description

Job Summary:

Chemical Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Design and optimize chemical processes to improve production efficiency, safety, and sustainability.
Conduct feasibility studies, process simulations, and risk assessments.
Develop and implement process control strategies and instrumentation systems.
Monitor plant operations and troubleshoot process-related issues.
Ensure compliance with local environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations and global standards.
Support commissioning and start-up activities for new equipment or production lines.
Collaborate with global engineering teams and local operations to drive innovation and best practices.
Prepare technical reports, process documentation, and standard operating procedures.
Work with suppliers and contractors to specify equipment and ensure quality standards.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, cost reduction projects, and energy efficiency programs.
