Position: Chekku Oil Machine Operator
Department: Production – Oil Extraction Unit
Location: KORATTUR
Reporting To: Factory Manager

Job Responsibilities:

✅ Operate traditional Chekku (cold-pressed) oil machines safely and efficiently.
✅ Load raw materials (Sesame, Groundnut, Coconut, Mustard, etc.) as per production plan.✅ Maintain machine settings to ensure maximum oil extraction with good quality.✅ Monitor the oil output — check colour, smell, and quantity.✅ Ensure no mixing of raw materials — batch-wise cleanliness is mandatory.✅ Clean the machine and work area after every batch.✅ Perform daily basic maintenance and inform for major repairs immediately.✅ Maintain accurate production records: raw material used, oil output, waste generated.✅ Follow strict hygiene standards — uniform, safety gear, clean working area.✅ Support packing and storage work if needed.✅ Cooperate with team members and follow supervisor instructions without fail.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10th Pass.
• 1-2 years experience in Chekku oil machine operation preferred.
• Physically fit to handle raw materials and machine operations.
• Basic understanding of machine functions — training provided if required.
• Must follow hygiene, discipline, and safety rules strictly.
• Willingness to work overtime or rotational shifts if production demands.
