* Run Daily Store Operations smoothly and efficiently.
* Responsible for Kitchen Operations, Mis-en and Stock inventor.
* Preparation of Milkshakes, Mocktails, Burgers, Pasta, Wraps, Samosa etc.
* Team management and Team Training.
* Responsible for Cleaning and hygiene of store.
* Generating revenue for store, responsible for P&L, Food Cost.
