As a Commis de Partie (CDP) specializing in South Indian Cuisine at Viceroy Luxury Mountain Resort & Spa, your role will involve working closely with the Head Chef to manage kitchen operations specifically for South Indian cuisine. You will be responsible for crafting authentic dishes and ensuring a high-quality dining experience for our guests. Your duties will include overseeing food preparation, maintaining consistency, controlling costs, and upholding hygiene and safety standards.
