Mercara Gold Estate Coffee Plantation is a unique project in value addition on farm projects has been pioneered over the past 25 years beginning with a farm to table approach.

There is a very vibrant tourism activity ongoing at the estate with visitors coming to experience the farm practices and learning about the products such as coffee, spices, chocolate and others.

Having recently launched our own Chocolate Factory a month ago, we are now undertaking a new project to set up a fully integrated Cheese Making Unit on the premises.

The role will be for a cheese making expert who has the knowledge of end to end process of cheese varieties and build up the unit along with team training, packaging and showcasing the exciting world of cheeses to visitors to the estate.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
