As a Tour Conductor for Indiaventura, you will help our travelers fulfill their dream of discovering India, creating unforgettable experiences by bridging linguistic and cultural gaps while fostering an appreciation for the region. We are excited to announce that the starting date is for the Season 2025. Your main responsibilities will include guiding small groups (2-12 travelers) on a 2-3 week tour through North India (Golden triangle and Rajasthan). Your duties will involve leading and inspiring the group, providing clear information about each destination, sharing enthusiasm for India's culture, creating joyful experiences, planning and preparing daily itineraries, participating in training sessions, offering excellent customer service, ensuring safety and quality standards are met, and handling emergencies effectively. We are looking for an individual with a passion for India's culture, people, and history, advanced German language skills for client communication, good local language proficiency, experience living in India, necessary permissions to work as a Tour Conductor, first aid certification, CPR knowledge, and Heimlich maneuver skills. Personal qualities such as being organized, reliable, motivated, and solution-oriented under pressure, along with team skills, are crucial for this role. Additionally, having strong English communication skills, knowledge of Rajasthan, Delhi, and Uttar Pradesh, proficiency in local languages in the regions of travel, open and cheerful personality, treating clients like friends, valuing sustainable and authentic travel, and prior experience in tourism or as a guide will be considered advantageous.
