As a Quality Assurance and Quality Control Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing and maintaining various plans and specifications to ensure the quality standards for our organization's production processes. This includes developing Organisational QA and QC plans, RM specifications, process sheets for different production methods such as FRP, Steel Fabrication, Theme, and more. Your role will involve creating checklists for vendor and welder qualifications, supplier qualification plans, and inspection checklists for raw materials, daily production, fabrication, painting, and theme production. You will also conduct Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) at random intervals, prepare rejection reports for rejected materials, and maintain Corrective Action Preventive Action (CAPA) files. Additionally, you will be required to prepare final inspection sheets, risk mitigation plans, and analytical reports. Conducting training sessions on QA/QC processes within the organization, visiting installation sites for quality checks, and presenting our QA/QC processes to customers will also be part of your responsibilities. This is a full-time, permanent position with day shift schedule. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree, preferably with at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
