Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Associate located in Dehradun. The Front Office Associate will be responsible for performing receptionist duties, managing check-ins, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include answering phone calls, assisting with guest inquiries, and ensuring smooth communication between guests and the retreat staff.
