Role Description We are looking for a full-time Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team on-site in Haryana, India. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for generating sales leads, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, developing and implementing sales strategies, and managing customer service inquiries. They will also be responsible for training and guiding other sales team members to achieve their targets. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Proven Sales and Sales Management experience Experience in Training and guiding sales teams Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Experience in the digital solutions industry is a plus
