Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities with hotels, restaurants, banquets, and hospitals. Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals. Conduct regular visits and meetings with prospective clients to understand their supply needs. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets. Negotiate pricing and terms of business with customers. Coordinate with the operations and logistics team to ensure timely and accurate delivery. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities. Prepare regular sales reports and business performance updates. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 3–4 years of experience in Business Development or B2B Sales , preferably in food supply, FMCG, or HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Catering). Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and willing to travel locally.
