Key Responsibilities Preventive Maintenance : Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all critical machinery and equipment. Troubleshooting & Repairs : Diagnose mechanical issues and perform timely repairs to minimize downtime. Root Cause Analysis : Investigate recurring failures and implement corrective actions to eliminate root causes. Machine Optimization : Monitor machine performance and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce wear. Documentation : Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, breakdowns, and repair histories. Spare Parts Management : Ensure availability of essential spare parts and manage inventory levels. Compliance & Safety : Adhere to safety standards and ensure machinery complies with regulatory requirements. Collaboration : Work closely with production, electrical, and automation teams to coordinate maintenance activities without affecting output. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. 5-7+ years of experience in industrial machinery maintenance (preferably in manufacturing or production environments). Strong knowledge of hydraulics, MIG Welding Mchine, and rotating equipment. Skills & Competencies Analytical thinking and problem-solving. Hands-on mechanical aptitude.
