Role & responsibilities Subject Matter Expert of Power Platform solutions Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Work closely with cross functional teams to integrate Power platform solutions into existing systems. Developing custom workflows using the Microsoft Power Automate. Designing, creating, and maintaining flows. Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members and business users on Power Platform development best practices and capabilities. Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft and third-party applications and services using connectors and APIs. Strategizing multi-year roadmaps to enable business growth, ensure compliance and reduce the complexity of IT Architecture, key business and IT processes. Mentoring the Power Platform team Preferred candidate profile Required/Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND 7+ years of experience in development projects. OR Masters degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND 5+ years of experience in development projects. Minimum two Power Platform certifications (PL-200 & PL-400 preferred). 5+ years of Microsoft Power Platform implementation experience. Understanding of Data security and Governance at Enterprise level including GDPR Compliance. Excellent collaboration skills- to engage with global teams and external partners. Ability to participate in problem-solving & brainstorming sessions. Skills: Expertise in building canvas & model-driven apps E2E Expertise in Power Apps, Power Pages, Copilot Studio, Gen AI, ChatBots. Experience in building complex Power Automate flows involving custom actions. Experience in using Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, and other data sources. Experience in working with standard and custom connectors. Good knowledge on PCF, component libraries and customizing OOTB features. Good knowledge on Power Platform Security model, App and Data sharing. Expertise in creating/working with custom connectors, APIs, plugins, and extensions to enhance Power platform solutions. Experience in creating/working with deployment pipelines.
