Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Backend + Cloud Developer with strong experience in Python or Node.js , Microsoft Azure Cloud services , and Chatbot development . The ideal candidate should be proficient in building scalable backend systems, deploying them on Azure, and creating intelligent, conversational bots for customer engagement and automation. Key Responsibilities: Design and build scalable backend applications using Python or Node.js Develop and manage RESTful APIs and backend logic for integration with frontend and external systems Architect, deploy, and manage cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure , including: Azure App Services , Azure Functions Azure API Management , Logic Apps Azure SQL , Cosmos DB , Blob Storage Azure Key Vault , Azure Monitor , Application Insights Azure DevOps , CI/CD Pipelines Design and implement intelligent chatbots using: Azure Bot Framework LUIS / Cognitive Services Dialogflow , Rasa , or other NLP engines (optional) Integrate chatbots with web apps, messaging platforms (e.g., MS Teams, Slack), and backend services Ensure performance, scalability, and security of applications and chatbots Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, Frontend, and QA Required Skills: Strong backend development experience in Python or Node.js Expertise in Azure Cloud Platform and relevant services Hands-on experience with Chatbot platforms (preferably Azure Bot Service) Proficiency in designing and deploying microservices Deep understanding of API design , authentication/authorization , and cloud security Experience in CI/CD practices and Infrastructure as Code Strong debugging and performance optimization skills Preferred Qualifications: Azure Certifications (e.g., AZ-204 , AZ-305 , AI-102 for chatbot/AI skills) Experience with Docker , Kubernetes (AKS) Exposure to AI/ML services for enhancing bot capabilities Familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes
