This role is key to ensuring that AI is used as an enabler, enhancing efficiency without compromising our unique human-first approach. Vindhya is seeking a Digital Transformation Officer to drive the identification, adoption, integration, and optimization of AI-powered solutions across its business processes. This role will focus on why, where, and how AI should be leveraged to improve efficiency, enhance decision-making, and optimize customer experiences. The AI Implementation Officer will play a strategic role in aligning AI-driven transformation with Vindhya's operational goals while maintaining a strong emphasis on inclusivity and ethical AI practices. Key Responsibilities: - AI Strategy & Roadmap Development: - Conduct process mapping to identify areas where AI can enhance efficiency, reduce manual effort, or improve decision-making. - Develop an AI adoption roadmap aligned with Vindhya's business, impact, and growth objectives. - Stay updated on AI trends, automation tools, and industry best practices relevant to BPO, ITES, and BFSI sectors. - AI Solution Identification & Implementation: - Evaluate and recommend AI solutions such as RPA (UiPath, Automation Anywhere), NLP-based chatbots, voice analytics, AI-driven CRM solutions, and predictive analytics. - Lead the pilot implementation of AI in key areas such as customer interactions, data processing, sales, and quality assurance. - Collaborate with operations, IT, and client teams to integrate AI solutions into existing workflows. - Change Management & Stakeholder Engagement: - Conduct AI awareness workshops for leadership, operations, and support teams to build AI adoption capability. - Work closely with HR and training teams to upskill employees in AI-driven processes. - Develop AI governance frameworks to ensure compliance with ethical AI practices and data privacy regulations. - Performance Monitoring & Optimization: - Define key success metrics to track AI impact on cost, efficiency, and service quality. - Generate impact reports on AI implementation effectiveness, employee adaptability, and customer experience. - Continuously optimize AI solutions based on feedback, performance data, and operational insights. Key Qualifications & Skills: - Years of Experience: 5-8 years working knowledge in AI Technical Expertise: - Experience in AI/ML models, automation, NLP, voice analytics, process optimization. - Knowledge of AI tools such as RPA, chatbot platforms, AI-based analytics tools, and AI-powered CRM solutions. - Strong understanding of data-driven decision-making, AI ethics, and compliance frameworks. Business & Industry Knowledge: - Deep understanding of AI applications in customer service, sales, operations, and quality assurance. - Ability to bridge the gap between technology and business needs. Soft Skills & Execution Ability: - Strong problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skills. - Excellent stakeholder management and change leadership. - Ability to effectively communicate AI benefits and limitations to non-technical teams.
