You will be responsible for customizing and integrating Zoho CRM to streamline the sales process. This includes customizing the Zoho CRM Lead module by adding custom fields, creating custom views, and defining custom workflows. You will also integrate Zoho Forms with Zoho CRM's Lead module to capture leads and automate data entry. Additionally, you will configure and manage conversion mapping between Zoho CRM's Lead, Account, and Deal modules to ensure a smooth sales funnel. Your role will involve working on third-party API integrations with Zoho CRM and other Zoho applications to facilitate seamless data exchange between systems. You will develop and maintain custom integrations using Zoho's Deluge scripting language, webhooks, and Zoho Flow to meet specific business requirements. Furthermore, you will create and configure chatbots using Zoho SalesIQ to engage website visitors and capture leads. You will deploy and maintain these chatbots on the company website, aligning them with business goals to provide an excellent customer experience. Designing and implementing automated workflows within Zoho CRM to enhance lead management, follow-ups, and sales processes will also be part of your responsibilities. You will set up custom buttons and actions within Zoho CRM to automate tasks and increase user productivity. In terms of qualifications, you should have a strong proficiency in Zoho Deluge scripting, custom module creation, and workflow automation. Experience with third-party API integrations and data security standards is essential. You should be able to create custom views, dashboards, and reports to support business analysis and have hands-on experience with Zoho SalesIQ and chatbot implementation. Familiarity with Zoho Flow for integrating Zoho apps with third-party applications is preferred. Strong problem-solving skills, proactive troubleshooting abilities, and effective communication and collaboration skills are crucial for this role. You will work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver results in a timely manner. LorryZone Technology Pvt.
