Provide first-contact resolution while maintaining high quality and customer satisfaction standards.

Adapt seamlessly to rotational shifts and dynamic operational requirements.

Candidate Profile / Eligibility Criteria:

Education:
Undergraduate (Min. 10+2 / Diploma) with at least
6 months of work experience

Experience:
Prior experience in
International Chat Support
is mandatory.
Skills:
Excellent written English communication, typing accuracy, and active listening skills.
Flexibility:
Comfortable working in rotational shifts and a
5.5-day work week
(WFO).
