Job Summary:

Customer Support Executives

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries via international chat support platforms.
  • Deliver prompt and accurate solutions to customer issues.
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate complex problems when necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality in every interaction.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Follow standard operating procedures and adhere to process guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 02 years of experience in a BPO or call centre environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to handle international chat processes; knowledge of multiple languages is an added advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Basic technical troubleshooting experience (software/hardware/network-related queries)
