As a Chat Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing chat-based customer support to address coupon-related queries and ensure customer satisfaction. You should possess fluent English language skills and be a graduate. Your role may involve interacting with customers to handle their concerns effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Handling coupon related queries - Ensuring Customer Satisfaction Qualifications Required: - Graduates The company follows a recruitment process that includes HR Round, Ops Round, and Assessment Round. The remuneration for this position ranges from 25000 to 36000 CTC, depending on your performance during the interview. The work location is in Makarba, Ahmedabad, and the employment type is direct employment. You will be working for 5 days a week with rotational week-offs and night rotational shifts. Undergraduates with 2 years of experience are also eligible to apply. The standard work hours are 9 hours per day, and the interview dress code is formal attire only.,
