Job Description

As a Chat Executive at our company in Mohali, you will be responsible for communicating effectively with customers through chat. Your role will involve: - Good knowledge of Tenses (versant 4) - Typing speed of minimum 30 words per minute with 90% accuracy - Familiarity with BPO processes - Basic computer knowledge is a must Qualifications: - Graduates and undergraduates are welcome to apply - Freshers and experienced candidates can both apply Other details: - Salary: 14000 Inhand with an additional 80 Rs./Day Evening Allowance - Comfortable working in rotational shifts - Cab facility available for female employees Additionally, the company offers benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund.
