As a Chat Process Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients through live chat platforms. Your primary goal will be to respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate and helpful information in a timely and professional manner. You will engage with customers through chat, email, and other digital channels, utilizing strong communication and problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and provide personalized solutions. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records of customer interactions, update customer information, and escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.
