Job Title: International Customer Support Executive (Chat Process) – Remote
Location: Ahmedabad / Gandhinagar (Remote)
Shift: UK Shift (Rotational) | 5 Days Working
Experience Required: Minimum 6 months in International Customer Support

Job Overview:
We are hiring experienced International Customer Support Executives to handle customer queries via chat for a global client. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in international chat support, excellent communication skills, and a customer-first attitude. This is a remote position for candidates based in Ahmedabad or Gandhinagar.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries and issues via live chat in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools and resources.
• Maintain customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
• Meet individual and team performance targets and KPIs.
• Work collaboratively in a team environment with flexibility to adapt to different shifts.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in an international customer support.
• Excellent written English communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet working environment for remote work.
• Must be based in Ahmedabad or Gandhinagar.
