Job Description

Preparation and finalization of accounts, financial statements, and MIS reports.
Manage statutory compliance including GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF/ESI, etc.
Assist in statutory audit, internal audit, and tax audit.
Handle day-to-day accounting operations and reconciliations.
Preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
Monitor cash flow, fund flow, and working capital management.
Liaise with banks, auditors, and other statutory bodies.
Ensure adherence to accounting standards, company policies, and financial controls.
Support management in financial planning and decision-making.
Company law matters, Consolidation of Balance Sheet, Group Accounting, Internal Audit.

Key Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance.
Proficiency in Tally ERP / SAP / other accounting software.
Good command over MS Excel and reporting tools.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of latest changes in governing commercial laws.
