Role & responsibilities

Finalizing accounts under Accounting Standards, Ind AS, etc
Handling statutory and tax audits,
Income tax compliances, and
Serving as the key liaison between internal teams and external auditors.
MIS & Reporting-assist in
budgeting, variance analysis
, and financial forecasting.
Tally ERP
, MS Excel, and financial tools.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Preferred:

Candidate should have experience on Dealing in Securities Market , Investment Banking activities etc
Proficiency in preparing professional presentations (PPTs) for management/board meetings.
Experience in Accounting and Taxation of
Companies and
its
group companies

Exposure to
consolidation

inter-company transactions

accounting for complex transactions
